Mwahaha, I am using director.el to make Emacs animate text based on the chapters I’ve indexed in a Q&A transcript. Since simplescreenrecorder starts recording a little bit out of sync with the times Emacs knows about, I made my script beep between questions so that I can extract the times from the audio file. I plan to use ffmpeg to then overlay segments of the screen recording with different durations so that they’ll sync up with the start and end times of my chapter markers.
